Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that deliveries may take longer during sale periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below PKR 3,500 are subject to a delivery charge of PKR 199.
- Orders of PKR 3,500 or above qualify for free delivery across Pakistan.
- Special shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be communicated on our website.
Delivery Areas
We deliver orders all across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched during working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where applicable. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order details and relevant photographs so that we can assist you.
